SPA -38- POLITICAL/ PRINCE NAIF HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCE ON TERRORISM 8 RIYADH IN RESPONSE TO A QUESTION ON WHETHER ARAB INTERIOR MINISTERS'AGREEMENT TO COMBAT TERRORISM CAN BE A BASIS FOR A MORE COMPREHENSIVEINTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT, PRINCE NAIF SAID, 'THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE BEENSAYING ALL ALONG. THE AGREEMENT IS QUITE FIT TO BE AN INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT AND WE HOPE THIS WILL MATERIALIZE.' TO ADDRESS ISSUES OF TERRORISM IN A CLEAR MANNER, PRINCE NAIFHOPED AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE WOULD BE HELD TO DISCUSS 'SUCH MATTERS' AND ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS. HE ALSO HOPED THAT, IN SUCH A CONFERENCE IN WHICH THE ARAB COUNTRIES WILL BE REPRESENTED BY THEIR MINISTERS OF INTERIOR AND JUSTICE, ALL COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD WILL REACH A UNIFIED POSITION. PRINCE NAIF POINTED TO THE IMPORTANCE OF SHARING INFORMATION AND INVESTIGATION RESULTS AND HOPED, THAT SUCH COOPERATION WILL BE REALIZED.
