USA-Explosion/President Bouteflika :
"Algeria Energetically Condemns these Acts of Violence"
|
Following the attacks perpetrated Tuesday in the United
States, the president of the republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika addressed
to President George Bush a message in which he declared that he was
"horrified" and he "energetically condemns" these acts of violence.
"With all the Algerian people, I was horrified by the news of the
cruel and savage attacks that stroke the American people in its two
capitals of New-York and Washington", President Bouteflika wrote in
his message.
"Algeria Condemns energetically these acts of
violence that are the ignoble sign of the blind terrorism striking
throughout the world and which, in the actions that aimed your
country, showed the extent of its capacity to be harmful and the
danger to which the humankind is exposed", president Bouteflika
added.
"In these terrible and tragic circumstances, he
added, I would like to express, to you personally and to all the
American people, my sympathy and that of the Algerian people which
is sharing the pain of the families" of victims of this acts of
violence.
