  KUWAIT, SEPT 17 (KUNA) -- A HIGH-LEVEL KUWAITI SECURITY DELEGATION WILL
  HEAD FOR PAKISTAN IN TWO WEEKS' TIME TO DISCUSS BILATERAL SECURITY ISSUES,
  DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AND INTERIOR MINISTER SHEIKH MUHAMMAD AL-KHALID AL-SABAH
  TOLD REPORTERS MONDAY AT A PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HERE.
  THE DELEGATION WILL INCLUDE A NUMBER OF HIGH-PLACED OFFICIALS AND OFFICERS
  FROM THE INTERIOR MINISTRY, HE SAID AS HE WAS SEEING OFF PAKISTANI MINISTER OF
  INTERIOR MUEENADDIN HAIDER WHO HAD JUST CONCLUDED A THREE-DAY VISIT HERE.
  "BILATERAL COOPERATION ON SECURITY MATTERS ALREADY EXISTS BETWEEN PAKISTAN
  AND KUWAIT, " NOTED SHEIKH MUHAMMAD, ADDING THAT HIS TALKS WITH HAIDER WAS A
  CONFIRMATION OF THAT.
  COMMENTING ON THE STATUS OF SECURITY IN KUWAIT IN THE WAKE OF THE RECENT
  TERRORIST ATTACKS IN THE UNITED STATES, SHEIKH MUHAMMAD SAID KUWAIT WAS SAFE
  AND THAT "WE WILL NOT PUT UP WITH ANY ACT AIMED AT COMPROMISING SAFETY AND
  SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY." HE ADDED, "WE WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY VIGILANT."
