KUWAIT, SEPT 17 (KUNA) -- DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AND MINISTER OF DEFENSE
SHEIKH JABER AL-MUBARAK AL-HAMAD AL-SABAH CALLED ON ARAB AND MUSLIM STATES ON
MONDAY TO CONDEMN TERRORISM EXPRESSING A BELIEF THESE STATES ARE FIRST AMONG
  TERRORIST TARGETS.
IN PRESS REMARKS AT KUWAIT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FOR
PARIS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF A TOUR WITH A STOP IN LONDON ,THE MINISTER SAID
"TERRORISM HAD ALREADY CONSIDERABLY DAMAGED OUR REPUTATION" ADDING "TERRORISM
IS A MALIGNANT PROBLEM FOR US AND ALL OTHER ARAB STATES."
ASKED ABOUT KUWAITI WILLINGNESS TO COOPERATE WITH THE US IN CASE THE LATTER
REQUESTS USE OF MILITARY BASES FOR POSSIBLE AIR ATTACKS, THE MINISTER SAID
"THESE ARE NOT ISSUES TO BE SPECULATED OVER LIGHTLY BUT RATHER REQUIRE A
  HIGHER POLITICAL DECISION."
THE MINISTER ADDED "KUWAIT HAD ALREADY MADE ITS VIEWS KNOWN ABOUT THIS
  ISSUE."
AS TO WILLINGNESS TO SUPPLY THE US WITH INTELLIGENCE ON A GROUP OF PEOPLE
WITH FAKE PASSPORTS THAT HEADED TO PAKISTAN FROM THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA,
THE MINISTER SAID THIS QUESTION WOULD MORE APPROPRIATELY BE ANSWERED BY THE
  MINISTRY OF INTERIOR.
"IN ANY CASE," THE MINISTER REMARKED, "ANY KUWAITI CITIZEN WOULD SUPPORT
AND AFFIRM COOPERATION IN THIS CONCERN AS THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE IN LINE
  WITH CONDEMNING TERRORISM."
THE KUWAITI CABINET HAD YESTERDAY RENEWED ITS SUPPORT OF THE US AND ITS
UTTER CONDEMNATION AND REJECTION OF TERRORISM IN ALL FORMS AND SCOPES
REGARDLESS OF THE PERPETRATORS AND CALLED ON THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO
IMPLEMENT ALL TERRORISM RELATED TO INTERNATIONAL AND SECURITY COUNCIL
  AGREEMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS.
THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS CONDEMNED THESE ATTACKS AS ABHORRED BY ALL
RELIGIONS, AGREEMENTS, AND VALUES AS THEY CONSTITUTE AGGRESSION AGAINST
HUMANITY WHICH BRINGS SUFFERING UPON THE INNOCENT, CHILDREN, WOMEN AND ELDERLY.
THE CABINET HAD ALSO RENEWED CONFIDENCE THAT THE AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION
AND PEOPLE COULD OVERCOME THIS TRAGIC DISASTER AND WISHED THAT US STABILITY,
