Koji FUKAZAWA is a Senior Analyst at JIME Center, the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ).He worked for an oil company for more than 25 years, mainly in overseas related divisions such as Chinese business development & management, procurement and sales of crude oil and petroleum products. He stationed in Beijing, China and in Houston, Texas, USA for 4 years respectively as an expatriate.He completed Chinese language course at East China Normal University in Shanghai, China. He worked in Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan in charge of Qatar.
